Randoms to catch up on backup

Days are molding together and I realize that I have folders and more folders on my desktop of images to blog. When I get time to upload from my nice camera it is one big old lump and I can't remember anything from the specific day it was taken. here are some shots. I know some are from about a month ago. Others are from your first visit to the doctor because your brother came with you.

I also wish I had time to touch these but alas I have mouths to feed and a ton more laundry to do. So just getting these on the blog will have to do.

you were fussy today. just didn't want to be put down. I understand. you haven't had a good nap today so I broke out the moby.  Wrapped you up and cooked dinner and then sat down to get stuff down. This is how I do it.

Cloth diapers are back in the rotation again. I feel like I need a tutorial all over again. Yikes!

You love sleep

Almost as much as I love you!

You slept last night from 8 till 6 am!!! Amazing for my little guy. I was a happy woman and cooked up some breakfast to celebrate.

2 Months Old

you are now two months old. You sleep at night for roughly 6.5 to 8 hours straight before you need to be fed. You smile at me when I come to pick you up. Miles is one of your favorite people.  You weigh 11 pounds 13 oz and are a crazy sensitive guy who gags when I try to give you a pacifier.

Ash you are a sweet boy who loves to just watch what is going on around you. I can lay you on my bed and just relax next to you and you are content staring at the light on the walls and my face. Sometimes you stare at my eyes so long.

I fell for you before we even met. I wanted you before you were even born. I love you more than I could have imagined. How could my heart have that much room in it? I was telling your daddy how I could never imagine loving anyone as much as Miles and then you came along. How is it possible to love two that much. I feel so lucky. It helps that you are stinking cute.

more sleep

These shots are from a few weeks ago. I am sorry I haven't updated the blog as often as I want to. I have this 2 kid thing down but it means a lot less time to blog, take photos and shower. So given a choice I go for the shower.

you sleep in the swing so well. Often you fall asleep on your own. You actually are able to put yourself back to sleep rather easily. While Miles and I play at the water table you nap in the swing. I love that you have this skill already. It didn't come easy to Miles and it makes you such a happy baby.

You aren't a huge spitter either. I am thrown for a loop with you. You are a totally different guy from Miles at this age. You are just starting to smile and coo. You love looking at all the art around the house and have found the bicycle picture to be your favorite. I also see you smile when looking at the family of lego heads that are in the playroom.
